TOUR DESCRIPTION
DAY ONE Travel
approximately 100km south of Alice Springs in air conditioned
4WD comfort, to visit Oak Valley via Ewnainga Aboriginal engravings
site Go on a guided tour into the bush for 2.5 hours to learn
all about bush foods in the area. Visit ancient rock art galleries
and explore the inland sea fossil field. Stay overnight in swags
at campground with hot showers and facilities.
DAY TWO On to
explore Chambers Pillar, hear stories of Aboriginal Mythology,
travelling through spectacular scenic desert. Then it's on to
Rainbow Valley for the stunning afternoon sunset.

bush with real bush people. Feast on BBQ lunch & dinner. Hear
about Aboriginal Culture & Lifestyle. Identify and sample
bush tucker and traditional medicines (pending availability).
